Access to Services is granted once payment is successfully processed. Digital delivery is considered complete when login credentials or content access are made available.

4. Refund and Access Guarantee

4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nomad Foundr offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for individual course purchases. To be eligible, the user must:

• Provide valid reasoning for dissatisfaction.

   

• Demonstrate full course completion and proof of applying the instructions.

   

• Submit supporting evidence that no measurable results were achieved after genuine effort.

   

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at Nomad Foundr’s sole discretion.

If approved, the refund amount will be course price minus:

• Resource Vault Access Fee (USD 49 or INR equivalent)

   

• GST/VAT (as applicable)

   

• Payment Gateway Charges (up to 10%)

   

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only, subject to payment gateway clearance.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase.

4.2 Non-Refundable Services

No refunds are provided for:

• Memberships, Resource Vault subscriptions, or renewals.

   

• Partial access periods, expired offers, or unused Services.

   

• Technical issues not attributable to Nomad Foundr.

   

5. Memberships and Subscription Access

Memberships grant access for the duration specified at checkout (monthly, quarterly, annual, or other).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

   

• Users may cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

   

• No refunds are issued for elapsed time or unused portions of a billing period.

   

We may modify membership inclusions, pricing, or access features without prior notice.

6. Resource Vault – Fair Commercial Use

The Nomad Foundr Resource Vault provides digital assets and tools licensed for fair commercial use.

Users may:

• Use, modify, and integrate resources for personal or commercial projects.

   

• Resell end products created using the resources.

   

Users may not:

• Attribute or represent resources as created, endorsed, or affiliated with Nomad Foundr.

   

• Hold Nomad Foundr liable for any results, damages, or outcomes from resource use.

   

All responsibility for compliance, performance, and outcomes lies solely with the user.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, course materials, designs, software, and media on the Website are owned or licensed by Nomad Foundr.
