5. Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

However, Nomad Foundr offers a one-time course transfer or credit coupon of equivalent value (excluding GST/VAT and discounts applied) per user. This can be used to purchase another course or product on our platform. This transfer is permitted once per lifetime per customer.

We do not offer refunds under the following (non-exhaustive) circumstances:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to attend, use, or complete a course
Technical issues not attributable to us
Modifications in course structure or access model

6. Intellectual Property
