Refund & Access Guarantee Policy

At Nomad Foundr (“Nomad Foundr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital learning products and resources. This refund policy explains how access, guarantees, and refunds are handled across our offerings.

By purchasing or accessing any Nomad Foundr product, you agree to the refund policy terms outlined below.

1. General Policy Overview

Nomad Foundr offers digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital access, all purchases are considered final unless explicitly covered by a guarantee stated below.

Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Courses: 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Applicable to:

  • Individual standalone courses purchased directly from Nomad Foundr

Eligible courses are covered by a 30-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To request consideration under the 30-day guarantee, you must:

  • Submit a written request within 30 days of purchase to [email protected]

  • Provide a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations

  • Demonstrate that the course content was accessed and completed

  • Show reasonable effort to implement the material provided

Requests are reviewed case by case and assessed at Nomad Foundr’s sole discretion.

2.2 Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a request is approved, any refund or credit will be processed after deducting:

  • Resource Vault access value (if included in the purchase)

  • Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or local equivalents)

  • Payment gateway and processing fees

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and are subject to processing timelines of the payment provider.

Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.

3. Resource Vault (All Access Pass)

The Nomad Foundr Resource Vault (All Access Pass) provides immediate digital access to a large and continuously expanding library of templates, tools, and resources.

Because Vault access is granted instantly and the content is fully available upon purchase:

  • All Resource Vault purchases are final

  • Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks for Vault access are not encouraged and will not be approved under any circumstances

  • Vault purchases are not covered under the 30-day risk-free guarantee, which applies only to individual courses

Once access is activated, the Vault is considered fully delivered, regardless of usage level, completion status, or change of mind.

This policy allows us to keep the Vault priced affordably while protecting the integrity and fair use of the platform.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

For memberships or recurring subscriptions:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle

  • Access remains active until the end of the current paid period

  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time

5. Technical Access Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to paid content:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve the issue

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Temporary downtime

  • User device or browser incompatibility

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • User error

6. Alternative Resolutions

In some cases, and at our discretion, Nomad Foundr may offer:

  • A one-time course transfer to another program of equal or lower value, or

  • A credit or discount toward future products

This option is limited and may be used once per customer.

7. Misuse or Abuse

Nomad Foundr reserves the right to:

  • Decline requests that appear fraudulent or abusive

  • Terminate access for unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of content

  • Restrict future access or guarantees for repeated misuse

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our products indicates acceptance of the current version.
