1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nomadfoundr.com (the “Website”) and all related services provided Inria International LLP, operating under the brand name “Nomad Foundr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By accessing or using the Website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Use of Services

Nomad Foundr provides educational programs and digital content via online formats including but not limited to video, audio, PDF downloads, and community forums.

Subscription Access:

• Subscriptions grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access specified content.
• Access is valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 year or lifetime).
• We may offer additional content or updates periodically—some free, some at additional cost.
• Upon expiry of a subscription period, continued access may require renewal.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

3. User Registration

To access certain Services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or fraudulent.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are clearly stated on the Website at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• You are responsible for any additional bank fees, conversion charges, or taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

However, Nomad Foundr offers a one-time course transfer or credit coupon of equivalent value (excluding GST/VAT and discounts applied) per user. This can be used to purchase another course or product on our platform. This transfer is permitted once per lifetime per customer.

We do not offer refunds under the following (non-exhaustive) circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to attend, use, or complete a course
• Technical issues not attributable to us
• Modifications in course structure or access model

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, course materials, media, branding, and technology on the Website are the sole property of Nomad Foundr or its licensors.

You are granted a limited license to view and access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or publicly display any material without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
